The Building process - what to expect and when

Before work begins

• Once the price has been fixed and agreed, both parties will sign an agreement
• A time scale will be agreed and a date of commencement will be arranged
• Any preparations requiring permission (i.e. arranging parking permits, spaces for skips)
      should be established

Whilst work is in progress

• We will keep you informed of our progress and please ask any questions
• If there is any unavoidable problems or delays, you will informed immediately
• If there are any changes to your specifications which will add cost, this will be
      agreed by both parties
• Your project will be treated with respect; our tradesmen will keep mess to a minimum
      and it should remain a safe and healthy environment

When work is completed

• About 3-5 days before completion we will invoice you for payment
• The site will be left clean and tidy
• Any relevant instructions and guarantees will be handed over
      and you will be briefed on any relevant maintenance or operating issues
• With your permission we will take some photos for our portfolio
• If any problems arise, we can arrange to visit and inspect
